The State of California has the established maximum fees for Notarial Services at $10 per acknowledged signature. 
Our fees for travel are outlined below. Traffic conditions, unusual destinations and/or special requests may incur additional charges.

Fees for service (Los Angeles county)
Base: $15 per signature + travel fee
Travel fees are as follows:
$50 during regular business hours 9am-5pm M-F
$65 travel 5:00-10:00pm
$85 travel after 10:00 pm
Weekend appointments $65 travel fee minimum
Parking fees may be additional
Discounts may apply based on area and number of documents

DTLA, Beach, Canyon and Mulholland addresses may be additional depending on traffic
Hospital and Jail visits may include extra charges for wait time and length of appointment
Over 15 miles or special circumstances- Call for quote
Credit cards accepted. Please add $2 service charge

Loan Packages (includes escrow pick-up and drop off of docs)
1st Trust Deed Loan Signing - $175.00
E-Docs $25 (includes duplicate)

Other Fees and Services
Health Care or Power of Attorney forms provided - $20 each
Airport Emergency Notarization $125 Flat Fee.
Apostille Service - $225
Presentment - Call for quote
Document Custodian $150/yr
FedEx / UPS dropoff - $20
Printing and fax- $.25 /pg (discounts may apply)
Courier service- call for quote


Fees for excessive waiting times may apply (after first 15 min.) - $1 per minute.
All signers to be ackowledged must have valid government issued photo ID.
Notary will provide the following California forms (if required): All Purpose Acknowledgement, and Jurat.
Notary may perform oaths and affirmations.
