The State of California has the established maximum fees for Notarial Services at $10 per acknowledged signature. 
Our fees for travel are outlined below. Traffic conditions, unusual destinations and/or special requests may incur additional charges.

Fees for service (Los Angeles county)
Base: $15 per signature + travel fee
Travel fees start at $45, and may vary based on time and location
Parking fees may be additional
Excessive wait times may accrue charges
Discounts may apply for multiple documents

Loan Packages (includes escrow pick-up and drop off of docs)
1st Trust Deed Loan Signing - $200.00
E-Loan Doc printing $25 

Other Fees and Services
FedEx / UPS dropoff - $20
Printing and fax- $1.00/pg (discounts may apply)
Courier service- call for quote


Fees for excessive waiting times may apply (after first 15 min.) - $1 per minute.
All signers to be acknowledged must have valid government issued photo ID.
Notary will provide the following California forms (if required): All Purpose Acknowledgement, and Jurat.
Notary may perform oaths and affirmations.
Notary may not offer any legal advice.
